Ingredients for 8 people – per serving 1 sp.

  • 400 grams strawberries
  • 180 grams blueberries
  • 180 grams raspberries
  • 3 kiwis
  • 1 orange
  • 2 apples
  • 1 mango
  • 150 grams grapes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • juice of 1 orange
  • zest of 1 lemon


First wash and peel the strawberries and cut them into pieces, wash the rest of the fruit, peel and cut kiwi, apple, orange and mango into pieces.
Then in a large bowl combine the honey with the orange juice and lemon zest.
