Weight Watchers Hummus Artichoke. A delicious light and rich starter to start your meal, a WW recipe, easy and for the whole family, try it.

Ingredients for 6 people – 0 sp per portion.

  • 450 g canned chickpeas
  • 400g canned artichoke hearts
  • 12 cl of natural yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • coriander leaves

Preparation:

First wash and strain your chickpeas – they are high in vegetable protein, minerals and dietary fiber and low in fat.
Then wash and cut into pieces artichoke hearts, antioxidants rich in potassium, vitamins, minerals that facilitate intestinal transit.
Then put 400 grams of chickpeas in the bowl of your blender along with the artichokes, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, chili, sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix everything to a smooth consistency, for this you can add chickpeas in batches and mix better and make a homogeneous preparation.
While serving, don’t hesitate to garnish with coriander leaves, then add the remaining 50 grams of chickpeas on top.
