W Watchers Vegetable Soup. A delicious soup of seasonal vegetables for dinner, a WW recipe, easy and for the whole family, try this.

Ingredients: for 4 people – 8 sp per portion

– 500 grams of fresh or frozen vegetables: broccoli, carrots, peas, celery, green beans, corn, etc.
– 3 tbsp butter
– 1 onion
– 25 grams flour
– 1 tsp sage
– 1/2 tsp Provence herbs
– 1 liter broth
– 36 cl milk
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 50 grams grated Parmesan

Preparation:

First melt the butter in a pot, brown the onions with Provence herbs, sage and flour over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add 24 cl broth over top, mix and bring to a boil, then add 48 cl broth to vegetables, cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Then pour the remaining broth with milk, salt and pepper, stir and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Remove pan from heat, add grated Parmesan, and then mix with spatula.
