W Watchers Tomato Soup. A delicious soup that will warm you up tonight, a WW recipe, easy and for the whole family, try it.

Ingredients: For 5 people – 5 sp per portion

– 1.5 kg tomatoes
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp butter
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1 onion
– 2 tbsp flour
– 2 tsp dry basil
– 1 liter chicken broth
– 2 tsp dry carom seeds
– 2 tsp sugar
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation:

First cut the onion and garlic buds, peel and chop the tomatoes.
Then heat oil and butter in a pan on medium-low heat.
Add onions and brown for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
After adding the garlic cloves, stir for 2 more minutes, then add the flour and stir on medium-low flame for another 2 minutes.
Then add basil, oregano and stir with a spatula for 2 minutes.
Then pour the broth, add tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper, mix and bring to a boil.
Cover the pot, reduce the heat and cook for 30 minutes.
At the end of cooking, pass everything through your blender, then return to the pot, add a little salt and pepper and mix with a spatula.
Finally you have your W Watchers Tomato Soup, serve with grated cheese and enjoy your meal.
