Ultra soft brioche bread, a delicious bread for your breakfast, here is an easy recipe at home.


– 500 grams flour
– 28 cl milk
– 100 grams of sugar
– 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
– 6 cl oil
– 20 grams fresh yeast
– Salt


First of all, crumble the yeast in a big bowl, pour 25 cl of milk on top and mix it with a spoon.
Then add 80 grams sugar, 200 grams all purpose flour and mix it with a spatula.
In a bowl, beat the egg, pour it into the bowl, add the oil, remaining flour and a pinch of salt and mix everything together again.
Flour on a work surface, knead your dough by hand then put it back in the bowl, covering it with a clean cloth, for 2 hours.
Then, while stirring the dough with hands, cut it into pieces, flatten it slightly with your hand, and place it on an oiled baking sheet.
Cover the baking sheet with a tea towel and then let stand for 60 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 180° then beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and milk, brush the surface and then put in the oven to bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
