– 200 grams flour
– 100 grams butter
– 200 g sugar
– 4 eggs
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– zest of 1 lemon


First preheat your oven to 180°, put butter on a cake mold and separate the white from the egg yolk.
Then, using your mixer, beat the egg whites in a bowl until stiff, set aside.
