Ingredients for 4 people – 0 sp per portion.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 200 grams broccoli florets
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 200°, chop the garlic cloves, cut the cherry tomatoes into 2 pieces and cut the ends of the asparagus.
Then and center the salmon fillet in a foil or in aluminum foil, skin side down, if any.
Then place the vegetables around the salmon fillets and sprinkle them with olive oil.
Combine mustard, lemon juice and garlic in a bowl, brush the fillets, and sprinkle with the rest of the vegetables.
