Ultra Soft Yogurt Cake, a delicious vanilla cake for your breakfast, here is an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


– 1 vessel curd – Keep the vessel to measure the rest of the ingredients.
– 3 jars of flour
– 2 jars sugar
– 1 jar oil
– 1 vanilla pod
– 3 eggs
– 1 packet of baking powder
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar


First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, grease a cake tin with butter and cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise and collect the seeds.
Then using your mixer beat both the eggs with sugar on medium speed.
Once the mixture becomes frothy, add curd and keep stirring for 1 minute.
Add all purpose flour, vanilla sugar, vanilla seeds and oil then continue whisking to make a paste.
Pour your batter into the mold and put it in the oven to cook for 30 minutes.
Insert the tip of a knife to check if the cake is cooked properly, it should come out clean, otherwise prolong the cooking.
