Component:

– 100 grams flour
– 200 g sugar
– 5 eggs
– 4 + 1 tbsp. Cocoa Powder on S
– 8 cl milk
– 2 bananas
– Salt

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a square mold with high edges with a sheet of parchment paper.
Then separate the yolk from the egg white, using your mixer in a bowl beat the egg white with a pinch of salt.
Then beat the yolks with the sugar in another bowl, using a beater, to get a still foamy mixture.
Top with all purpose flour, 4 tbsp cocoa powder and keep stirring on medium speed.
Then pour the egg white on top and mix with a spatula.
Spread your dough into the mold with the spatula and then put your mold in the oven to cook for 15 minutes.
Knead the dough, place it on a clean cloth, remove the parchment paper and heat the milk, put it in a bowl and add 1 tbsp cocoa.
Brush the dough with cocoa milk, peel 2 bananas and place them in the center of the dough and roll it to cover the bananas.
Fill your cake tightly and put it in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
