Thin apple tart, ideal for your dessert or to flavor the season, here’s an easy recipe at home.


– 1 puff pastry
– 4 apples
– 2 bananas
– 35 grams of sugar
– 1 tbsp brown sugar
– 50 grams of honey
– juice of 1/2 lemon
– 10 grams grated fresh ginger


First of all, preheat your oven to 180°.
Then peel 2 apples and bananas and cut them into cubes, put them in a saucepan, add sugar, honey, lemon juice and ginger on top.
Keep on low flame, cover and cook for 25 minutes.
At the end of cooking, put everything in the bowl of your blender and mix to make a smooth blend.
Roll out your puff pastry and then roll it into a round tart mold, placing a sheet of baking paper with a weight on top.
Place your mold in the oven to bake for 10 minutes and then let it cool for a while.
Peel and cut 2 other apples into thin strips, lay your account on the dough and spread it with a spatula.
Place your apple slices on top, sprinkle brown sugar over them, and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
