Sweet Potato Waffles, a light and crunchy homemade treat for your breakfast, here is the easy recipe at home.


– 500 grams sweet potato
– 125 grams flour
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp yeast
– nutmeg
– Oil
– Salt
– Chilly


First, peel the sweet potato and cut it into cubes and put it in a saucepan.
Cover them with boiling water and then cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
At the end of cooking, drain them, put them in a salad bowl and mash them with a fork or potato masher.
Then add the above spices, mix with a spatula, in another bowl add all purpose flour and baking powder.
Add the flour and beaten egg mixture to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix with a spatula.
Grease your waffle iron by applying a little oil with a kitchen brush – so the waffles will drain well at the end of cooking.
