Ingredients: for 6 people

– 250 grams flour
– 200 g butter
– 150 grams of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 2 tsp baking powder
– Salt

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 180° and butter a cake mold.
Then, in a bowl, beat the butter, sugar and a pinch of salt with a mixer on medium speed.
Once your mixture is frothy, add the eggs — 1 by 1 — beating on medium speed.
Combine the flour and baking powder in a large bowl, then pour them into the bowl and mix with a spatula.
Pour your dough into the mold and place it in the oven to bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
