Spicy Tuna Salad ww. A delicious starter for your meal, a weight-tracking recipe, easy and perfect for the whole family, try it.
Ingredients for 4 people – 2 sp per person.
- 1 Can of Canned Tuna in Natural – Yellowfin – Sushi Quality Tuna
- 1 green onion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Sriracha – hot chutney
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
- 120 grams cooked white rice
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 2 green onions
- 1 tsp black sesame
First, mix both mayonnaise and sriracha sauce in a bowl, you can add a little water to it.
Chop green onions and mix with tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil and Sriracha in another bowl.
Peel the green coriander and cut it into cubes, cut the avocado into strips and then chop 2 green onions.
Place rice and ton in a dish and then top with avocado, sliced cucumber and green onions.
Then sprinkle everything with the preparation of mayonnaise, sprinkle with sesame and soy sauce.
