  • 1 Can of Canned Tuna in Natural – Yellowfin – Sushi Quality Tuna
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sriracha – hot chutney

For Mayonnaise:

  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Sauce

For Garnish:

  • 120 grams cooked white rice
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tsp black sesame

Preparation:

First, mix both mayonnaise and sriracha sauce in a bowl, you can add a little water to it.
Chop green onions and mix with tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil and Sriracha in another bowl.
