Soft chocolate chip muffins, soft cupcakes for your afternoon snack, here is an easy recipe at home.


– 200 grams flour
– 200 grams chocolate chips
– 150 grams of sugar
– 100 grams butter
– 12 cl semi-skimmed milk
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Salt


First preheat your oven to 180°, place a paper box in a muffin tin, melt the butter and let it cool down a bit.
Then mix all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl and make a well in the middle of it.
Then beat the egg in a bowl, add melted butter, milk and vanilla extract on top and keep whisking.
