Ingredients for 8 people – per serving 8 sp.

  • 1 organic puff pastry at Carrefour
  • 400 g white cheese 0%
  • 200 grams ham, chopped
  • 200 grams grated Emmental cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Chilly

Preparation:

Firstly start by preheating your oven to 180° and spread your dough including the edges in a round mold.
Put a little butter in a frying pan, then brown the chopped onion, ham and 1/3 of the cheese over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring with a spatula.
Then beat the eggs in a bowl, add 2/3 paneer, mustard and grated Emmental cheese on top and mix all the things together.
Pour the contents of the sauté pan into a salad bowl, mix everything with a spatula, and then pour over the dough.
