Component:

– 120 grams grated cheese
– 2 zucchini
– 3 eggs
– 3 tbsp flour
– 1 onion
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic

Preparation:

First of all, wash and grate the zucchini on a fine grater. Take it out in a bowl and keep it.

Heat some oil in a large pan, then pour a piece of your mixture over the top, spread to form a pancake, and cook for 3 minutes.
Then turn it over with a spoon and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
