Try this Weight Watchers recipe, easy and for the whole family.

Ingredients for 6 people – per serving 3 sp.

  • 2 0% plain yogurt
  • 6 cl of maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 40 g granola – seed mix: almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews …
  • Strawberries
  • raspberry
  • Salt

Preparation:

First put the curd in a bowl, add sugar syrup, vanilla, lemon juice and a pinch of salt on top, mix everything well.
Then add the strawberries, raspberries and slices of granola, mix everything well.
Then pour your preparation into a mold and put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Finally cut into 6 slices and serve as a dessert.
