Margherita Pizza with Cheese
A delicious pizza to accompany your meal, or for your weekend with friends, is easy to prepare at home.

1 pizza dough
1 pot tomato sauce for pizza
280 grams grated cheese
1 mozzarella ball
1 tbsp dried oregano
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
First preheat your oven to 180° and spread your pizza dough on a baking sheet.
Then divide your grated cheese in half, spread the first half over the edges of the dough and fold inward.
Then pour your tomato sauce into the center of the dough and spread with a spoon, sprinkling the rest of the grated cheese, mozzarella, and oregano.
Combine oil and garlic in a bowl and spread on the sides of the pizza.
Finally put your plate in the oven to cook for 15 minutes.
