Pancakes with eggs and ham in the oven, a real treat for your breakfast, here you will find the easiest recipes to make it at home.

Component:

For Pancakes:

– 175 grams flour
– 30 cl milk
– 3 tablespoons melted butter
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1/4 tsp salt

For Garnish:

– 1 egg for each pancake
– 1 piece of ham for each pancake
– Salt
– Chilly

Preparation:

First, in the bowl of your blender add the flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs and butter and mix on medium speed for 30 seconds.
Then pour your mixture into a bowl, film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with some butter and pour a tsp of your mixture in the center of the pan.
Shake and rotate the pan until the dough evenly coats the bottom and cooks for 90 seconds.
Lift one side of the pancake with the spatula, then gently flip it over and cook for 45 seconds.
Then repeat with the rest of the dough.

Preheat your oven to 180° then line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Place the slice of ham in the center of the pancake and then crack 1 egg on top and fold the sides of the pancake.
Season with salt and pepper then place in the oven to cook for 9 to 10 minutes.
