Fried Zucchini Bread, to accompany your soup or just to taste, here’s an easy recipe at home.


– 200 grams chickpea flour
– 2 zucchini
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 5 tbsp water
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp salt


For gram flour, you can either buy it from the store or you can make it at home.

How to make chickpea flour?

It’s easy, first put 220g (raw) chickpeas in your food processor and blend for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your blender.
And your dough is ready to use.

Then wash and cut off the ends of the zucchini and grate them — using a grater — in a bowl with large holes.
Add oil and salt from above, then add gram flour, baking powder and water, mix everything by hand and knead a thick dough.
Heat a pan on medium heat then put 1 spoon of your dough in the center of the pan, spread it over the entire surface with the back of the spatula.
Increase the heat to medium-high, then cook for 3 minutes and flip it over with the spatula and cook the other side for another 2 minutes.
Then reduce the heat to medium and repeat the same process with the rest of the dough.
Lastly, we present zucchini bread in a pan, serve and good appetite to all.
