Orange flan is a delight for your dessert cream, here you will find the easiest recipe to make it at home.


For the Caramel:

– 60 grams sugar
– 2 tbsp water
– 1/2 tsp orange juice

For Cream:

– 36 cl orange juice
– 4 eggs
– 60 grams sugar


Preparation of Caramel:

First put sugar in a pan, pour water and orange juice on top.
Then put your pan on medium heat for 6 minutes – without moving.
Once your caramel sauce begins to brown, remove the pan from the heat and divide it among 4 ramekins and then pour them into the rimmed dish.

Preparation of cream:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180°.
Then in a bowl beat the eggs with your mixer on medium speed, adding sugar to a drizzle for 4 minutes.
Then slowly add the orange juice while stirring on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Divide your cream among 4 ramekins and then add water to the dish – covering just half of the ramekins.
Then put your dish in the oven to bake for 45 minutes… After baking, leave it to cool for 20 minutes.
Then keep them in the fridge for 4 hours.
Finally you have your orange flan, pass a knife around it to open it, turn them over, shake and then pick up your ramekins… good appetite everyone.
