- 500 grams of ground beef
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 country bread
- 2 red and yellow peppers
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 60 grams grated cheddar cheese
- 60 grams grated cottage cheese
- 3 green onions
Preparation:
First preheat your oven to 180°, line a baking sheet with baking paper, seed the peppers and cut them into small cubes and chop the onions.
Then heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Then brown the minced meat with onions, stir with a spatula for 5 minutes … Drain your preparation in a colander.
Cut the bread lengthwise into two halves and then prepare the ground meat on top.
