Weight Watchers Banana Oat Bars. A delicious square for your dessert or energy snack, a WW recipe, easy and for the whole family, try it.

Ingredients for 10 people – per serving 5 sp.

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 70 g peanut butter or nut butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 80 grams oatmeal
  • 60 grams flaxseed flour
  • 30 grams unsweetened grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 40 grams chocolate chips


Firstly peel the banana and cut it into slices and mash it in a bowl.
Then add peanut butter, maple syrup and cinnamon on top and mix until your preparation is smooth.
Then add oats, flax meal, coconut and chia seeds and mix everything.
Then add chocolate chips and mix with a spatula.
Line a square springform pan with baking paper, then spread your dough on top and press to form an even surface.
Then put your mold in the fridge for 4 hours… Cut it and serve.
