Pizza Margherita with Fennel and Sausage, a delicious Italian-style pizza.

Component

1 pizza dough
250 grams sausage
250 g fresh grated mozzarella
200 g tomato sauce
1/2 bulb fennel, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
chopped red chili flakes
chopped basil leaves
Salt

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat, then cook the sausages until golden brown and cut into small pieces.
Preheat your oven to 200° then place a rack on the bottom of the oven.
Grease a baking sheet, then spread your pizza dough over the top and use your hands to sprinkle the oil over it.
Sprinkle your dough with a little salt, then add the grated mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce and evenly distribute the chopped fennel, cooked sausage, and chopped garlic over the top.
Then put your plate in the oven to bake for 12 minutes.
Lastly and while serving, sprinkle it with red chili flakes and chopped basil.
