– 3 ripe mangoes
– 24 cl of heavy whipping cream
– 1 tsp orange peel
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– mint leaves for garnishing


Firstly peel the mangoes and cut them into cubes, keep half the mango cubes for garnish.
Then put the mango pieces along with the sugar and orange peel in the bowl of your blender and puree on high speed for 1 minute.
Transfer the cream to a bowl, pour vanilla extract on top and beat with a mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes.
