Leek and Goat Cheese Tart, a delight for your main course of the day, here’s an easy recipe at home.


– 1 shortcrust pastry
– 600 grams leek
– 20 cl liquid cream
– 1 onion
– 100 grams goat cheese
– 3 eggs
– 3 cl olive oil
– 1 tbsp mustard
– Provence Herbs
– Salt
– Chilly


First wash the cheeks and cut them into rings, chop the onion.
Then cook them in a large pan in oil on low flame for 22 minutes and cover the pan.
During this time preheat your oven to 180°, spread your shortcrust pastry into the tart mold and prick the bottom with a fork.
Then beat eggs in a bowl, add cream, mustard seeds, herbs, a pinch of salt and pepper and beat while stirring continuously.
Then add drained leek and onion on top, crumble goat cheese on top and mix.
Pour everything on top of the dough and put in the oven to bake for 25 minutes.
Finally your leek and goat cheese tart, cut and serve.
