Ingredients – for 12 cookies
– 125 grams ground almonds
– 100 grams icing sugar
– 1 egg white
– 2 tsp almond extract
Preparation
First preheat your oven to 180° and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Then put your ingredients in a bowl and mix them by hand to make a paste.
Make small balls and place them on a baking sheet with space between them, then flatten them slightly with your hands.
Then put your baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes… let it cool down a bit.
