Lemon Energy Balls, healthy and easy to make for your breakfast, you will surely love it.

Component:

– juice of 2 lemons
– juice of 1 lemon
– 12 tree medjool dates
– 50 grams raw cashew nuts
– 60 + 25 grams unsweetened grated coconut
– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation:

First, put the dates, cashews, peel of 1 lemon, juice of 1 lemon, 60 grams of coconut, vanilla extract in the bowl of your blender.
Then blend everything for 40 to 50 seconds until the mixture comes together.
If you see large chunks of dates or cashews in your mixture, add some lemon juice and keep mixing.
Make small balls of your mixture and roll them in a plate in which you have already mixed 25 grams of coconut with the juice of 1 lemon.
