– 1 shortbread
– 4 pears
– 24 cl Liquid Fresh Cream
– 60 grams sugar
– 150 grams ground almonds
– 1 egg yolk


First preheat your oven to 180°, spread the dough into the tart mold and prick the bottom with a fork.
