Component:

– 200 g dark chocolate
– 50 grams white chocolate
– 200 g butter
– 4 eggs + 3 egg yolks
– 100 grams of sugar
– 25 grams flour
– 4 tbsp cocoa

Preparation:

First, preheat your oven to 180°, butter and sprinkle 8 molds with cocoa powder, turning them over to coat the inside thoroughly.
Then in a bain-marie in a bowl, melt the butter and two chocolates in pieces and keep stirring with a whisk.
In another bowl, using your electric mixer, beat the eggs and egg yolks with the sugar in a double boiler.
Add the flour to the chocolate mixture, mix and then pour your mixture into the egg mixture and mix with the spatula.
Pour your preparation into molds and place in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes… let cool for 45 seconds before unmolding.
