Flowing chocolate muffins are a melt in the mouth delight for your dessert, here is the easy recipe at home.

Component:

– 100 grams flour
– 150 grams dark chocolate
– 140 g butter
– 100 grams of sugar
– 4 eggs

For the Chocolate Sauce:

– 240 grams pastry chocolate
– 12 cl of fresh cream
– 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Preparation:

First, preheat your oven to 180° and butter a silicone muffin pan.
Then mix the flour and sugar in a bowl, grind the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie by putting them in a bowl.
Using your mixer, beat the eggs in another bowl on medium speed.
Then add the beaten eggs, chocolate and melted butter to the bowl of flour and stir with a spoon.
Spread your dough in the mold and put it in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

Preparation of Chocolate Sauce:

Firstly, melt the chocolate into pieces in a double boiler over medium-low heat.
Then pour the cream on top and stir with a spoon.

At the end of cooking, unmold your muffins, sprinkle them with chocolate sauce, sprinkle with cocoa.
