Easy fig tart, a real treat for your dessert or to taste the season, here is the easy recipe at home.


– 1 shortcrust pastry – see recipe.
– 500 grams fresh figs
– 16 cl semi-skimmed bed
– 12 cl of fresh cream
– 80 grams of butter
– 1 egg
– 6 drops of vanilla extract
– 2 tbsp sugar
– fine sugar


First of all, preheat your oven to 200°, roll out your dough with the help of a rolling pin on the floured surface and roll it into a tart mold.
Prick the bottom with a fork then put it in the fridge, wash and cut the figs into quarters or slices.
In a saucepan and over medium heat, melt the butter and let it cool for a while.
In a large bowl, using your mixer on medium speed, beat the eggs with the cream, vanilla extract, sugar and milk.
Take your mold out of the fridge and then pour your mixture over the top and place the fig pieces on top.
Then sprinkle with icing sugar and put in the oven to bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
