Easy Cookie Cheesecake, A Delicious Cake for Your Dessert, Here you will find the ingredients to easily make this recipe at home and with your cooks.


For the Cheesecake Base:

– 150 grams Speculos cookies
– 50 grams melted butter
– 1 tsp brown sugar

To fill:

– 350 g philadelphia cream cheese
– 2 eggs
– 40 grams of sugar
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– 1 tsp corn flour


Preparing the Cheesecake Base:

First put the cookies in your blender along with the brown sugar and blend for a few seconds – otherwise crush them in a food bag with a roller.
Then put them in a bowl, pour melted butter on top and mix everything together.
Then spread your mixture over the bottom and sides of a round springform pan and set aside.

Filling Preparation:

First, in a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar with your mixer on medium speed.
Then add cornstarch, whisking for 1 minute more.
Then add cream cheese and mix everything with a spatula and pour on the base.
Fill your mold, add 20 cl of water to your coco’s bowl, place the mold in the bowl and start cooking fast – under pressure for 15 minutes.
Remove your mold, let cool for 15 minutes and then put in the fridge overnight.
Finally, here’s your easy cookie cheesecake, cut into pieces and serve… Good appetite to all.
