Pork Tenderloin with Mustard at Cookeos, a delicious meat dish with mustard sauce for your main meal, here you will find the ingredients to make this dish easily at home and with your cooks.


– 1 pork tenderloin
– 2 tbsp mustard
– 1 onion
– 2 tbsp creme fraiche
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 beef broth cube
– 12 cl white wine
– 12 cl water
– 1 tbsp cornstarch
– Salt
– Chilly


First cut the pork tenderloin into slices and chop the onion.
Then brown them — both sides of the meat — with the oil in the skillet of your cookstove in browning mode.
Then pour water on top, crumble bouillon cube on top, pour wine on top, add salt and pepper, mix everything.
Then start cooking rapidly – under pressure from your cooks – for a period of 15 minutes.
Once done cooking, switch to browning mode, then top with crme frache, mustard, and cornstarch, stirring to thicken sauce.
