Vanilla Duck Legs at Cuco’s, a delicious addition to your main meal, here you’ll find the ingredients to easily make this dish at home and with your cooks.


– 4 duck legs
– 1 vanilla bean
– 1 onion
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/4 tsp ground clove
– 1/2 tsp turmeric
– 1 tsp ginger
– 1.5 tsp honey
– 1 tomato
– 3 cherry tomatoes
– Salt
– Chilly
– 24 cl water


First, chop the onion, cut the vanilla pod into 2 lengths with a knife and remove the seeds.
Then brown the duck legs in a cookie bowl, turn them over with a fork for 16 to 20 minutes… set aside.

Put onions in a bowl – on thigh fat – garlic powder, ginger, turmeric, cloves, then brown for 5 minutes.
Peel and chop the tomatoes, then add and let them brown for 2 more minutes.
Then add the duck legs along with the vanilla, honey, a pinch of salt and pepper, cut 3 cherry tomatoes in half, top with water, and mix.
Then start cooking fast – under the pressure of your cooks – for a period of 30 minutes.
