Chicken Breasts in Mustard Sauce, a delicious creamy chicken dish for tonight’s dinner, here you will find the easiest recipe to make it at home.

Component :

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 30 grams flour
  • 1.5 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 tbsp oil
  • 24 cl of white wine
  • 24 cl of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp capers, rinsed well
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt
  • Chilly


Firstly preheat your oven to 180° and put the dough in a plate.
Then season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, roll the chicken pieces in flour to coat them well…then stir them in.
Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then brown the chicken breasts on each side or until golden brown.
Then place the chicken breast on a baking sheet and put it in the oven to cook for 5 minutes.
Return the pan to medium heat, then add the wine—be careful when adding the wine—and cook for 5 minutes until the wine is reduced by half.
Then add the cream and cook for 3 minutes, then add the mustard seeds, capers and 1 Tbsp parsley and stir over medium heat for 1 minute.
Place the chicken breasts on a plate and then sprinkle your sauce over them and top with the rest of the chopped parsley.
