Carrot smoothie, a delicious rich juice to refresh you, here you will find the easiest recipe to make it at home.

Component:

– 2 carrots
– 50 grams chickpeas
– 1 banana
– 24 cl water
– 1 tbsp cream cheese
– 1/2 tbsp flaxseeds
– 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/8 tsp grated ginger
– a small pinch of grated nutmeg
– 1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation:

First of all, peel and grate your two carrots and peel them, cut the bananas and keep them in the freezer.
Use chickpeas either from tin cans, rinse and drain them or soak them overnight in a saucepan filled with water.
Add all the ingredients – including the banana – to the bowl of your blender and then blend on high speed for 2 minutes.
Finally presenting your Carrot Smoothie, serve and good appetite to all.
