Bundt Lemon Cake, a delicious homemade cake for your breakfast or snack, here is an easy recipe at home.
Component:
– 300 grams flour
– 150 grams melted butter
– 150 grams of sugar
– 32 cl milk
– 4 eggs
– 2 tsp baking powder
– Juice and juice of 1 lemon
– 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation:
First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and apply butter in a bundt cake mold and then flour it.
Then in a bowl using your mixer beat the eggs on medium speed for 1 minute.
Top the zest with sugar, lemon juice and vanilla and then continue to whip
Then add the melted butter and milk, stirring constantly on medium speed, then in a bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
