Component:

– 125 grams flour
– 80 grams of butter
– 85 grams of sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1.5 tbsp baking powder
– zest of 1 lemon
– 4 apples
– 1 tbsp icing sugar

Preparation:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, apply butter and flour the cake mould.
