Belyashi – Permech the Russian donut, a delight to accompany your dish, here is the easy recipe at home.


For the dough:

– 400 grams flour
– 1.5 tbsp oil
– 16 cl lukewarm water
– 1 tbsp dry yeast
– 1 teaspoon salt

For Garnish:

– 400 grams minced turkey meat
– 400 grams ground beef
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 chopped onion
– 1 grated carrot
– 3 tbsp fennel
– 2 tbsp mayonnaise
– 12 cl lukewarm water


Recipe for meat filling for belyashi:

Firstly, heat a pan on medium heat and brown the minced meat, crushing them with a spatula.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and stir continuously, then add chopped onion and stir continuously for 5 minutes.
Then add grated carrot and keep stirring for 3 more minutes, then add the needle and stir again.
Then add mayonnaise, mix and add water, mix and put everything in a bowl.

How to make Dough:

First pour the ingredients into the base of your mixer with the dough hook and mix everything on 2 speeds.
Then take out the dough in a bowl and let the dough double – in the meantime make the filling.
Flour a work surface, flour the dough and shape it into a sausage and then cut it into slices.
Take a piece of dough in your hand, place 1 tbsp filling in the center and seal the edges – cover the filling with dough.
Do the same with the rest and flatten them a bit then heat oil in a large pan.
Then fry them till golden brown from both the sides and keep them on paper towel.
Finally here is your belyashi – Permech Russian donut, serve everyone and a good appetite.
