Banana Bread – Banana Bread, a delicious soft cake for your dessert or breakfast, here is an easy recipe at home.


For Bread:

– 225 grams flour
– 3 ripe bananas
– 1 sachet of baking powder
– 12 cl milk
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 80 grams of butter
– 150 grams of sugar
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Salt

For Garnish:

– 1 banana
– Raisin
– Spreadable cream as per your choice


Bread preparation:

First preheat your oven to 180° and butter a cake mold.
Then melt the butter, pour the sugar over the top and beat with a whisk, then add the egg, milk, lemon juice and vanilla and continue whisking.
Mix all purpose flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl, peel the banana and mash it in a bowl.
Add the mashed bananas to the flour bowl with the butter mixture and mix with the spatula and then pour your dough into the mold.
Then put your mold in the oven to bake for 45 minutes.
At the end of cooking, let cool for a while, unmold and then cut the bread into slices.

Filling Preparation:

First peel the banana and cut it into slices.
Then spread a layer of cream on your slice of bread and garnish with slices of banana and raisins.
