Component:
– 30 grams flour
– 60 grams ground almonds
– 50 grams butter
– 100 grams of sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 packet of baking powder
– 3 drops of bitter almond extract
Preparation:
First preheat your oven to 200 degrees, butter a round cake or pie tin, melt the butter in a saucepan and leave to cool.
In a bowl, combine sugar and almond powder, then add 2 eggs and then beat with your mixer on medium speed for 6 minutes.
Once your mixture becomes frothy, add flour, yeast, mix with spatula then add melted butter with almond extract and mix.
Pour your batter into the mold and place it in the oven to cook for 15 to 18 minutes.
