Component :
- 1 country bread
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 30 grams chopped fresh parsley
- 80 grams butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 85 grams grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
First preheat your oven to 220°, line a plate with baking paper.
Then with a serrated knife make thick balls in your bread.
Chop the garlic cloves and then mix them with the parsley, butter, oil, pepper, salt, and Parmesan using a fork in a salad bowl.
Then fill the bread openings with your preparation, and wrap them in a sheet of aluminum foil.
Place your bread on a baking sheet, then put it in the oven to bake for 25 minutes, unwrap the bread and cook for another 5 minutes
