Zucchini Velote in Cookios, a delight for your starter or light dinner, here you will find the ingredients to easily make this dish at home and with your cooks.


– 5 zucchini
– 2 potatoes
– 1 onion
– 1 tsp oil
– 20 cl liquid cream
– 1 cube of vegetable broth
– Water


First wash and cut the zucchini, peel the potatoes and cut them, chop the onion.
Then in the skillet of your coco fry the onions with the oil in browning mode, with a spatula for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add the zucchini, potatoes, crumble the bouillon cube on top and cover everything with water.
