Zucchini Bread, a delicious and very original bread for your afternoon snack, here is an easy recipe at home.


– 250 grams whole wheat flour
– 400 grams zucchini
– 12 cl oil
– 35 grams seedless raisins
– 2 tsp ginger
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 2 eggs
– 12 cl honey
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp salt


First preheat your oven to 180°, butter a cake tin and soak the raisins in hot water – for at least 10 minutes.
Then wash and grate the zucchini and press them in a clean tea towel to remove as much liquid as possible from the zucchini.
Put the raisins in the bowl of your food processor and mash them on medium speed, stirring for a few seconds.
In one bowl, mix the flour with the ginger, baking powder and salt, and then in another bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, honey, vanilla extract.
Mix your two preparations then add grated zucchini, raisin puree and mix by hand to make a paste
Pour your dough into the mold and then put it in the oven to bake for 45 minutes.
Take out your mold, cover it with aluminum foil, and return to the oven to bake for 10 minutes.
For proper cooking, insert a toothpick into the bread, it should come out clean.
