Zucchini, Cheese and Shrimp Muffins, a chewy treat to eat with your dinner soup, here’s an easy recipe at home.
Component:
– 150 grams of flour
– 2 zucchini
– 1 red chili
– 12 peeled prawns
– 100 grams fresh goat cheese
– 1/2 sachet yeast
– 2 eggs
– 12 cl warm milk
– 100 grams grated Gruyere
– nutmeg
Preparation:
First of all preheat your oven to 180° and put butter on a muffin tin.
Then wash and cut the zucchini into small cubes, cut the seeds and pepper into small cubes.
Then brown them in an oiled pan with the shrimp over medium heat, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine flour using cottage cheese, beaten eggs, milk and a pinch of nutmeg.
Then add the zucchini, pepper and shrimp mixture — reserve 6 shrimp for garnishing — and mix with the spatula.
Distribute your dough into the muffin tin, place 1 or 2 shrimp on top of your choice and then place in the oven to cook for 45 minutes.
