Zucchini and Tomato Quiche, a delicious baked pie for dinner tonight, here’s an easy recipe at home.

– 3 zucchini
– 1 big tomato
– 24 cl Liquid Fresh Cream

– 3 eggs

First of all, preheat your oven to 180°.
Then lower your dough with the roller onto the floured work surface, spread it onto a round pie mold and prick the bottom with a fork.
Wash the tomatoes and zucchini and then cut the zucchini and tomatoes into slices.
