Zucchini and Pepper Patties, for your light meal or to accompany your soup, here’s an easy recipe at home.


– 150 grams of flour
– 2 zucchini
– 1 red chili
– 24 cl milk
– 100 g feta cheese
– 1 clove of garlic
– 3 eggs
– 2 tbsp oil
– Salt


First of all, wash and cut 2 tadoras and grate them. Keep aside.
Then wash the red chilies, cut them into small cubes and seed them, cut the garlic cloves.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, then fry the black pepper, zucchini and garlic on medium heat, while stirring, add a small pinch of salt and stir continuously.
Mix the flour with the milk and 3 eggs using a whisk, then top the pepper and zucchini mixture with the crumbled feta cheese.
Heat the remaining oil in a pan, then put a ladle of your preparation on top and make pancakes and cook for 2 minutes and then turn over.
Cook for 2 more minutes, then place it on absorbent paper, continuing with the rest of the dough.
Lastly, here are your zucchini and pepper pancakes, lettuce and chopped tomatoes and serve everyone with a good appetite.
