Ingredients for 4 people – per serving 7 sp.

  • 200 g Pasta – Castellane – Barilla
  • 1 onion
  • 850 grams tomatoes
  • 100 grams ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Chilly.

Preparation:

First peel and chop the onion, peel and chop the tomatoes – drain them and keep the juice you need.
Put oil in a pan and brown the onion, then add pieces of tomato, salt and pepper and keep stirring with a spoon for 5 minutes.
Then add tomato juice and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
To save time, cook the pasta according to package directions in a saucepan, then sieve it.
After tossing pasta in a salad bowl with tomato sauce, serve with ricotta, sprinkle with Parmesan and basil, and bon appetit tous.
